Money Supply Mixed: The narrowest measure of the nation’s money supply, known as M1, rose in the week ended Oct. 29 to a seasonally adjusted $820.0 billion from $818.4 billion the week before, the Federal Reserve Board reported. A broader measure known as M2 fell to a seasonally adjusted $3,316.5 billion from $3,317.7 billion the previous week.
