Amplicon Inc.: The Santa Ana computer equipment leasing company posted net income of $1.6 million for the first fiscal quarter, up 60% from the $976,000 recorded for the comparable period last year. Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 rose 31%, to $37.8 million from $28.8 million.
