L.A. Schools Look for Joint Site Development
The Los Angeles Unified School District is looking for sites from five to 50 acres in size that might be jointly developed for schools or administrative offices.
Property owners, developers and other interested parties with such sites are asked to submit proposals in writing to Robert J. Niccum, director of real estate, Los Angeles Unified School District, Real Estate Branch, Room 101, P.O. Box 2298, Los Angeles 90051.
