Chicken Little

Regarding my friend Marjorie Fasman’s letter (Nov.7), I have just held a conference with Foxy Loxy who absolutely denies telling the barnyard creatures that the sky or anything else was falling down. That immortal warning was issued by Chicken Little, a well-known alarmist, who could not be located for an interview as she was hiding in an abondoned air raid shelter.

If the sky ever should fall, I would expect to read about it first in The Times.
