Garbo’s Art Sells Well: Two of Greta Garbo’s prized Renoirs fetched millions at an auction at Sotheby’s New York Tuesday night. Renoir’s “Child Dressed in Blue Robe,” a portrait of the artist’s nephew, sold for $7 million. Another Renoir owned by Garbo, depicting his son Claude, sold for $5.72 million. The screen legend’s furniture and personal belongings go on the block today.
