Collins Foods International: Second-quarter net income for the Los Angeles-based restaurant firm was $6.9 million, 10.6% less than the same period last year. Revenue rose 13.6% to $147.9 million. In last year’s second quarter, the firm gained $1 million on the sale of Ed Debevic’s, a diner chain in which it had a 60% interest.
