Metalclad Corp.: The Anaheim insulation and asbestos abatement firm said it had net earnings of $75,828 in the third quarter, down from net earnings of $224,906 a year earlier. Revenue of $8 million for the period ended Sept. 30 was up 6.6% from $7.5 million. For the first nine months, Metalclad posted a net loss of $73,346, contrasted with net income of $740,394 for the comparable period in 1989. Revenue, principally from insulation contracting services, asbestos abatement services and insulation material sales, was $20.2 million for the first nine months, down 11% from the year-earlier $22.7 million.
