Police Seize PCP, Arrest 3 Suspects
San Fernando police seized 1 1/2 quarts of PCP, with an estimated street value of $34,000, and arrested three people during a search of an Arleta residence.
Margarita Riestra, 30; Feliciano Orozco Gonzales, 31; and Jose Luis Orozco, 18, were taken into custody on suspicion of possession of PCP, transporting PCP and possessing PCP for sale, Sgt. William Miron said.
Acting on a tip Wednesday, officers with a search warrant entered Riestra’s home on Vena Avenue and found a small amount of the drug, police said. During the search, the other two suspects arrived with the liquid drug, police said.
Users of the drug, a hallucinogen related to animal tranquilizers, often ingest it by smoking cigarettes dipped in the liquid.
Police also confiscated two cars and $1,200.
