The Orange County Young Performing Artists Foundation will launch a concert series, co-sponsored by Irvine Valley College, on Dec. 1 at 8 p.m. with a program featuring UC Irvine music students Donna Masek, Hans Brightbill, Susanna Chu and Dennis Lin at the Yamaha Music Center, 15455 Jeffrey Road, Irvine.
