Altadena : Town Council on Cable TV
Starting in January, six consecutive meetings of the Town Council will be broadcast by Cencom TV on Channel 55, the Pasadena/Altadena cable station, Town Councilman Frank Bridal said Tuesday.
Town Council members, who usually dress informally, were advised by Bridal to wear makeup and red neckties.
