Reporter Off Air: KNBC Channel 4 has not renewed the option on crime reporter Will Spens’ contract, a station spokeswoman confirmed Thursday. Spens, who began his live nightly reports from crime sites in April, made his last Channel 4 appearance Tuesday night.
