African Delegation: Charles C. Ugwuh, a Nigerian businessman, hopes to forge a relationship with a U.S. health care company that makes kits used to test for the AIDS virus. He wants to market the kits in parts of Africa, where AIDS is a major health concern.

Themba N. Masuku, who lives in Swaziland, wants to visit several county firms to learn something about U.S. entrepreneurship.

The two men are among 24 African government officials and business executives from 17 African nations visiting Orange County this week. It is one of the most diverse African business delegations the county has hosted, said Forest Hunt, a partner at the Deloitte & Touche accounting firm in Irvine.
