Minimum bids start at $175,000. The auction begins at 1 p.m. at 22875 Bear Creek Drive North in Murrieta.

Houses in Saugus

Twenty-one single-family homes at Shadow Hills, by Monteverde Development, will be auctioned at 1 p.m. Saturday.

The homes have 3-to-4 bedrooms, 2-to-3 baths and 1,750 to 2,472 square feet of space. Minimum bids range from $195,000 to $270,000.

The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily at 28658 Kathleen Ave. The auction will be held on-site.

Tarzana Townhouses

An auction featuring eight townhouses will be conducted Dec. 16 at 2 p.m. at 5731 Etiwanda Ave., Tarzana.

Minimum bids start at $225,000. Floor plans for the 3-bedroom units have from 2,321 to 2,441 square feet.
