Hearings on Taj Mahal Casino Due: New Jersey’s Casino Control Commission is holding hearings today into the health of Donald J. Trump’s Taj Mahal Casino Resort. The object of the hearings is to determine if the casino will remain healthy after a restructuring that will temporarily throw it into bankruptcy court. If a casino is deemed financially unstable, the commission has the power to revoke its license and appoint a conservator to manage its affairs.
