V. Patrick Hall has been promoted from president to chief executive officer of TOLD Corp., an Oxnard-based developer.
Hall, 37, who joined TOLD in 1982, also served as the company’s vice president of marketing, vice president of development and executive vice president. He was named president in 1988.
