Residents in the Midwest were digging out after a deadly blizzard that dumped up to two feet of snow. The snowstorm caused at least nine deaths in Wisconsin, six in Iowa, one in western Pennsylvania and four in Indiana. At least four inches of snow and 25-m.p.h. winds hampered driving in north-central Indiana.
