Greece Proposes Tough Law to Fight Terrorism

ATHENS —
Greek Prime Minister Constantine Mitsotakis, whose son-in-law was shot to death by urban guerrillas last year, unveiled a tough law on terrorism Tuesday.
The proposed legislation would allow prosecutors to bug telephones and open private mail in Greece, plagued by guerrilla attacks in the past 15 years.
