Ex-Joint Chiefs on Gulf Crisis
Two former Joint Chiefs of Staff recommended delaying military action against Iraq, while Henry Kissinger expressed a “dissenting view” at a Senate hearing. I hope that one of the lessons we learned well from the Vietnam experience is to beware of the views of Henry (Dr. Strangelove) Kissinger--the most belligerent winner of the Nobel Peace Prize ever.
