Love Christmas, but hate shopping? Want the kids to see Santa without you having to hear the jingling of cash registers?

Then head to Wilmington on Sunday for the third annual Harbor Holidays Parade.

More than 100 floats and bands, some from as far away as Santa Margarita, will parade along with some 2,100 marchers.

The event starts about 1 p.m. on M Street near Avalon Boulevard, winds its way to Pacific Coast Highway and ends at Banning Park. The sponsor is Wilmington’s Chamber of Commerce.
