Pump Prices Hold Steady: The national average price of gasoline at the pump was unchanged during the past week, the American Automobile Assn. said. A gallon of self-service unleaded regular averaged $1.371, which was 31 cents higher than Aug. 1, the day before Iraq invaded Kuwait, the AAA said in its weekly survey.
