Banker Jailed for Fraud: Peter Chan, 39, a vice president of Bank of America, who prosecutors said was obsessed with a soft-porn star, was sentenced to two years in jail for trying to fraudulently transfer $2 million into her account. Chan had pleaded guilty to fraudulently attempting to make an entry at a bank. A Hong Kong district court judge sentenced him to two years and three months in jail. Prosecutors said Chan tried to move $2 million into Amy Yip’s account by using the Bank of America’s computer system. Colleaugues who saw the documents became suspicious and informed police.
