George W. Jeffs, president and center director for strategic defense at Rockwell International Corp., El Segundo, will retire March 31 after more than 43 years at the company. John B. Peller, vice president and associate center director, has been appointed to the posts. Jeffs will serve until his retirement as a senior vice president and adviser to Rockwell Chairman Donald R. Beall and executive vice presidents Sam F. Iacobellis and Kent M. Black. Jeffs will remain a consultant to Rockwell after retiring.
