* Michael A. Berger has joined TouchStone Software Corp. as vice president of development. Before joining the Huntington Beach company, he was vice president of engineering at Fifth Generation Systems. He has also been president of Resource Computer Corp., a vice president of engineering and manufacturing for Datamarc Inc. and manager of development engineering for Xerox/Diablo Systems. He began his career at Texas Instruments in Dallas.
