Military Pets
The Camp Pendleton personnel who are unloading their pets on these shelters should have thought of this in the first place!
Rather than dumping them, why don’t some of these folks at least try to have a friend, or another family in their community, adopt and care for their animals until they come back from Saudi Arabia? I would gladly take in a cat, or someone’s tame bird, on a temporary basis, trusting that the owners will come back safely.
