Nationwide Health Terminates 2 Leases: Nationwide Health Properties Inc., a Newport Beach real estate investment trust that invests in health care facilities, said Monday that it will terminate leases on two 100-bed Ohio nursing homes and manage the facilities for six months or until another manager is found. Trinity Living Centers Inc.--the current operator, based in Evansville, Ind.--is unable to make lease payments.
