COUNTYWIDE : 1991 RESOLUTIONS: John Dean, Orange County Superintendent of Schools

With professional and public counsel we will develop and commit to a new Mission Statement for our Orange County Schools that will restore professional and public pride in the department, rededicate our office to helping all teachers teach and all students learn, and seek new resources to enhance education. I am going to start an active campaign to get the schools a larger share of the lottery funds, as stated during my campaign. I will fight to earmark money for early childhood education.
