U.S. Ruling on Scholarships

With his reversal on denying scholarships for minorities (front page, Dec. 19), President Bush provides only a smoke screen to temporarily shelter his party’s ongoing trend of discrimination. Base the right and access to an education on the color of one’s skin! Some “new world order,” George.
One thing to be thankful for this Hanukkah/Christmas season is that we have only two more years of this Education President.
