LAUREL, Md. —
In fog so thick racegoers couldn’t see the horses they had bet on, Chas’Whim captured the $100,000 Congressional Handicap at the Laurel Race Course on Saturday.
Chas’Whim, who carried top weight of 119 pounds in the field of seven, completed 1 1/4 miles in 2:01 4-5 over a muddy track.
