Firm Extends Deadline for Exercising Warrants
Ventura Entertainment Group Ltd., a North Hollywood television and movie production company, said it extended to Feb. 15 the time during which its class B warrants can be exercised for $2. This effectively means that warrant holders can buy two shares of common stock for $2 until that date.
