ON PARADE: You’ll see a bit of Orange County in today’s Rose Parade. Equestrians from Medieval Times and the American Riding Club for the Handicapped are from Orange County. . . . So is the 55-foot-long float “We Are the Champions” (being readied, above), sponsored by Irvine-based Century 21 Real Estate Corp, last parade’s sweepstakes winner. . . . The float costs about $200,000, but the money’s well spent, says a spokeswoman. “It’s probably less than filming one commercial, and they televise the float internationally.”
