PRECIOUS METAL: Faced with more high-priced, big-bucks cases, the Santa Ana building housing the federal bankruptcy court has installed metal detectors and X-ray machines. Walters facing off against creditors in his personal bankruptcy. Judges were reportedly concerned about security, but one guard moaned the new machines will slow things down and “it’s going to be like an airport.”
