The Region : Candidates Forum Friday
Candidates for the 1st District seat on the County Board of Supervisors are scheduled to be at a forum Friday in Monterey Park.
Candidates Charles M. Calderon, Sarah Flores, Gloria Molina and Art Torres will be asked questions on community issues.
Comision Femenil de Los Angeles, a Latino women’s organization, is sponsoring the forum at 11:30 a.m. at Luminarias restaurant, 3500 Ramona Blvd. The Mexican American Bar Assn. and the Latin Business Assn. are co-sponsors.
