Esperanza 68, Loara 54--The Aztecs got off to an 18-4 lead, then cruised to the victory at Loara. The Saxons cut the deficit to 36-30 in the third quarter but could get no closer. Forward Joe Foss had a game-high 25 points for Esperanza (12-6, 1-1), and Tes Whitlock had 24 for Loara (8-9, 1-1).

Cypress 83, El Dorado 73--Forward Courtney Smalley scored 20 points to give Cypress (7-9, 1-1) its first league victory. Brian Loyd had 21 points for El Dorado (6-9, 0-2).
