MISSION VIEJO : School Trustees to Discuss State Budget
The Saddleback Valley Unified School District Board of Trustees has scheduled a special meeting Friday to discuss the implications of Gov. Pete Wilson’s expected proposals to cut the state education budget.
The 6 p.m. meeting is a study session during which board members will discuss with administrators how the cuts may affect the district’s $100-million budget. No action will be taken.
The meeting will be held at district headquarters, 25631 Diseno Drive.
