Lawrence Funderburke, who quit the Indiana basketball team during the 1989-90 season after a dispute with Coach Bob Knight, has enrolled at Ohio State University and could be eligible to play for the Buckeyes next fall, the university announced. The 6-foot-9, 210-pound forward-center began classes Wednesday, Buckeye Coach Randy Ayers said. If Funderburke follows team guidelines and meets academic requirements, he could compete as a sophomore beginning in the winter quarter of 1992.
