NCR Corp.: The Dayton, Ohio, computer company reported that annual earnings fell 10% to $369 million on revenue that rose 6% to $6.29 billion. Fourth-quarter income slid 24% to $111 million on revenue that was up 6% to $1.9 billion. The company, target of a hostile takeover attempt by AT&T;, said the introduction of new products and a 1-million-share stock repurchase in the fourth quarter lowered both quarterly and annual profit.
