U.S. Launches Air Strikes in Persian Gulf
Congratulations to the Republican Party. You have your war. I think it only appropriate to call the conflict the Republican War. Actually, it is not so much a tribute as a requiem. For if that war proves long and costly, and the current recession deepens into a depression, I predict the double blow to this nation will spell the end of the Republican Party. And rightly so.
