Was Judge Removed Because of Prejudice or Hypersensitivity?

Judge Robert Monarch fell victim to the super-sensitivities in some areas, so in character with our times.

Certainly Nanci Carter is very beautiful, and any inference to an ethnic or gender slur would be entirely out of Judge Monarch’s character. Rather, I believe it to be complimentary.

Having been associated with Bob Monarch in business for several years in Los Angeles and having not seen him since my leaving the state in 1969, this article disturbs me and strikes me as being false and unfair.

He does not need a character witness, but I have observed him in business situations most difficult and explosive, as well as in great personal grief.

Integrity and fairness are inherent in his character.

Both humor and compassion are integral parts of his personality. Carter’s case is not enhanced by his withdrawal.
