Raymond Vincent has joined Silicon Systems as controller. Before joining the Tustin manufacturer of integrated circuits, Vincent was with ITT Cannon, most recently as controller of the Santa Ana division. He also previously worked for Occidental Petroleum Corp. and McCulloch Corp.
