Rather than agree to a Mideast peace conference in return for Iraq’s retreat from Kuwait, our President is willing to “unleash the dogs of war.” “There will be no linkage,” he states emphatically. World War I was called the War to End Wars. World War III could be titled the War to Prevent Peace.
