Oxnard : Councilman to Visit Constituents at Mall
Oxnard City Councilman Michael A. Plisky will set up a booth at a mall this afternoon to talk to constituents who he said are too uncomfortable or too busy to attend council meetings.
Plisky, who also gathered opinions at a mall when he served on the council between 1984 and 1988, said he will be at Centerpoint Mall to discuss any topic between 1 and 3 p.m. He said he plans to hold such meetings on a quarterly basis.
