One, PacifiCare Health Systems, soared $8 to $23, while rival health maintenance organization FHP International gained $5.375 to $17.375. . . . AST Research continued its robust romp, adding $7.75 to $45. Even a home builder, Standard Pacific LP, joined the party, moving up $2.375 to $7.75.
