The final pro football game of the season, and the 1991 television debut of several top major league baseball players share the weekend television sports spotlight with the scheduled winter fare of basketball, hockey and golf.

Although the AFC/NFC Pro Bowl (5 p.m., Sunday ESPN) is supposed to feature the best in the National Football League, many of the league’s top players annually bow out because of injury. This year, Joe Montana and Bo Jackson lead the list of those selected, but are unable to play. However, many stars including Rams quarterback Jim Everett and New York Giants linebacker Lawrence Taylor will be in Honolulu

Eddie Murray, Barry Bonds, Cecil Fielder and Dave Stewart head the list of players in today’s Tenth Annual Pepsi All-Star Softball Game (3 p.m., Channels 4 and 36; 11:30 a.m., Channel 39).
