Middle Eastern Children Speak: KPFK-FM (90.7) will air a special program today at 5 p.m. that examines the impact of the Gulf War on children in the Middle East. Hosted by Dr. Gary Richwald, the hourlong program will include phone interviews with on-site authorities in Israel and other countries in the region.
