New Image Completes AcuImage Acquisition

New Image Industries, a Canoga Park maker of computer imaging devices, said it completed the previously announced acquisition of AcuImage Corp. for $1 million in cash and 250,000 shares of common stock.

AcuImage owns the rights to a camera used in cosmetic dentistry. New Image also said it entered into employment agreements with Ronald Williams and Michael Williams, founders of AcuImage, but gave no details of the agreements.
