Daly to Be Arraigned: Actress Tyne Daly, star of the long-running TV series “Cagney & Lacey,” faces a drunken-driving charge in which authorities contend her blood-alcohol content was nearly twice the legal limit. Daly was scheduled for arraignment in Municipal Curt today. Daly, 44, was arrested early Jan. 14 after CHP officers said they saw her 1989 Toyota weaving on Laurel Canyon Boulevard. The actress had a blood-alcohol level of 0.15, nearly double the legal limit of 0.08, said Martin Vranicar, a supervising city attorney. Vranicar said that, if convicted, Daly’s sentence will probably be a $390 fine, 36 months of probation and mandatory enrollment in an alcohol rehabilitation program.
