Glendora : Development Pact Canceled

The City Council ended development agreements Tuesday with Inland Empire Auto Center Inc. and Glendora Motors Inc. to develop two parcels of land on the south side of Auto Centre Drive.

City Manager Art Cook said the two firms have been unable to move ahead with planned developments, so the companies and the city decided it was time to end the agreements.

Cook said the termination frees the city to look for more promising developers, preferably auto dealers.
