Edward H. Vick, 46, has been named president and chief executive of Levine, Huntley, Schmidt & Beaver, the New York agency that creates ads for Subaru of America and Maidenform. The firm will now be called Levine, Huntley, Vick & Beaver. Vick was previously president and chief operating officer of the New York agency Ammirati & Puris, which creates ads for Club Med.
