Care Enterprises Gets Infusion of Funds

A group of New York investors led by Randall Smith that owns 13.73% of Care EnterprisesInc., has agreed to provide a $4-million capital infusion into Care Enterprises Inc., a Tustin-based provider of nursing services, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
