Harley-Davidson Inc.: The Milwaukee-based company said fourth-quarter earnings dropped 60% from the previous year to $3.9 million, primarily because of a $7.2-million charge stemming from a judgment the company is contesting. Revenue was $194.3 million, off about 4%. The company said declining sales reflected softness in the recreational and commercial vehicle markets, while motorcycle unit sales were flat. Annual earnings were $37.8 million, up 15% from the previous year, while revenue rose 9% to $864.6 million.
